Although our menu is predominantly potato-based, we do serve lightly-breaded chicken tenders to make for a meal. In February of 2010, Potato Corner broke ground in the United States, opening its first location in Santa Anita, California. Since then, expansion has come about at a staggering rate with a total of 20 locations projected to be fully operational by the end of 2011.
