Do I Have to Register to Create Listings?

Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. After you register and wish to create a listing, call us with any questions for assistance. Frandocs will create your listing for you with information from your website. After the listing is created, we will send you the access code so that yo u can modify the items in the listing with any information that you wish to add.

I created a listing, but it does not show up in search results. Why?

The system will ask for your credit card information, and your advertisement will run as soon as your payment is processed.

We understand that you will need assistance in creating your presentation. This is normal when a new advertiser comes into the system.

If you wish Frandocs.com web experts to design your ad, just notify us by email after you have made your purchase and we will complete your advertisement and send you access information, so that you can make any changes you wish to make.

How do I stop my listing from running?

From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the listing or email frandocsadvertising@gmail.com with your request to cancel.

What Category Should I Put My listing In?

You may list in any category that fits your business and each listing includes several categories to choose from. We suggest that you make one of your categories "Buy a Franchise" if you are a Franchisor. If you are a supplier, attorney, etc., we suggest that you list in your appropriate categories.You can change your categories at any time at no extra charge. This will give you more variety of views from different buyers.

How much do listings cost?

How Long Does a Listing Run?

You have several choices for the time frame of your listing. You can list for monthly advertising and cancel anytime or for 6 or 12 months. The most economical listing is 12 months. All listing include unlimited clicks from viewers of your advertisement.

I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?

To hide all of your personal information when creating a listing, just do the following:

1. Answer "NO" to the question "Include Profile with Listing"

2. Do not enter your street address or phone number on the listing

This will keep all of your personal information private.

Someone interested in your listing will be able to contact you via anonymous email using the "Contact Advertiser" link on the site. The email address you enter for a listing is NOT shown on the site - it is used by the site to route anonymous contact requests to your email without making your email address visible to others.

If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?

When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.

Registration

How much does it cost to register?

Frandocs.com keeps all registration information private and does not release it to anyone. Registration is done prior to placing an advertisement on Frandocs.com.

Do I have to register to use the site?

No. You can browse and search ads without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. If you want to create ads, you will need to register and then select a time period for your advertisement, pay with your credit card and proceed to complete your ad. Frandocs.com will gladly, at no extra cost to you, complete your ad and assist you with any updates and or modifications you wish to make on your ad. Just email or call us with the changes.
