The Gold Program gives you everything you need to franchise your business, including a six (6) months of unlimited consulting assistance by our Experts In Franchising staff. You will receive all of the legal documentation, FDD, Franchise Agreement, Exhibits and the  items listed here.*

Your Franchise Disclosure Documents, (FDD), Franchise Agreement & Exhibits, will be prepared by our staff to be submitted to a Franchise Attorney for review and approval. This is not a template program. this program gives you full consulting on your Franchise Business.

Items 1 - 29 Included in Platinum  Program

1.Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)   GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DOCUMENT: This document is required of franchisors by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) so that certain information can be disclosed to a potential franchisee before a contract can be signed or any payment is made.

2. Franchise Agreement GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DOCUMENT: This is your contract with the franchisee. Items such as Mandatory Binding Arbitration, Insurance Coverage, Site location, Business Interruption, Training Schedule, Operations Manual Usage, Non-Compete Protection, Protected Territory, Local and National Advertising, Equipment Purchasing Requirements, Re-modeling Requirements, Protection of Proprietary Information, Use of Approved Supplies, Transfer of Securities, Right of First Refusal.

3. Franchise Exhibits GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DOCUMENT: Includes: Personal Guaranty by Franchisee, Directory of Franchise Regulators, Operations Manual Outline, List of Franchisees, Financial Statements, and other federally required documents.

4. Franchise Consulting & Support in Development and Franchise Sales. Total Franchise Consulting for six months is included with your purchase of the Program. The consulting program can be extended beyond the six months at your option. This is unlimited Franchise Consulting included with the program.

5. Multi-Unit Franchise Agreement : This agreement will allow you to sell entire areas such as cities, counties, states, or DMA's to area developers for large sums of money upfront, with continuing initial franchise fees and royalties.

6. Completed Printed Reference FDD. Including the required (1). franchise disclosure document, (2). Franchise Agreement,(3). Exhibits, Operations Manual Table of Contents and Franchisee Receipts, all assembled and printed for your use as a reference guide.

7. List of State Regulators. For all franchise registration and filing states, with addresses, phone numbers for every state, on disk. This is necessary to make sure that you are legally selling Franchises in each state that you have inquiries from, prior to making a sale in a regulated state or territory.

8. Franchisee Confidential Application Form. For potential Franchisees with Franchisee Financial qualifying form and all necessary details of Franchisee Applicants, on disk. This confidential application form is presented to potential franchise buyers along with the franchise brochure, and is returned to you, for evaluation, prior to giving the disclosure documents to the applicant.

9. Franchise Territory by Population.  A complete listing of every county in the United States including each county's population on disk.

10. Franchise Sales Brochure. A complete ten (10) page brochure describing your franchise to Franchisee Applicants. This brochure is flexible and can be modified to your business. Pictures can be inserted from your computer and it can be printed in full color for mailing or black and white to be sent by fax, on disk.

11.  Employee Rules & Regulations Booklet. Designed to be distributed to all new employees of your franchisee's so that they can get an understanding of your operational requirements and any problem areas, before they appear including a confidentiality form, for Franchisee's Employees, on disk

12. Registering of your Federal Trademark. Our consultants will handle search and the registration of your Trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, so that you will own the exclusive rights to your name and logo design. ( United States Trademark Fee not included).

13. Filing of Franchise Corporation.  Our consultants will guide you in the formation of your Franchising Company, Limited Liability Corporation, Sub S or C. Corporation.

14. Franchise Fee Reporting Form.  Formatted for you to give to each franchisee so they can report their Franchise Payments and Sales Reports, including automatic withdrawal of Franchise Fee.

15. Notice of Default to Franchisee. Official notice to be sent to franchisee in case of a violation of the Franchise Agreement, such as late payment of royalty, etc., on disk

16 Franchise Sale Closing Questionnaire.  Detailed summary, submitted with all of the questions you will want answered prior to accepting an application for a franchise, on disk

17. Sublease for Franchisor-Leased Locations. A complete real estate lease (Short Form) to use if you offer leased locations to your franchisee's, on disk

18. Franchisee Equipment Lease. Allows you to offer equipment leasing to your franchisees with a complete lease agreement, on disk.

19. State Registration Rule Guidelines.  Includes all Fifty (50) States, details which states require filing, or franchise registration with individual state guidelines and state websites, telephone numbers and names of registrations personnel, on disk

20. Confidentiality Agreement. Keeps all of your business secrets and products from being revealed by your vendors and employees while you are developing your franchise program, on disk

21. Franchising Glossary.  Franchise Terms with definitions, so that you will be familiar with the Franchising Industry, on disk

23. Electronic Funds Transfer Form. This form allows you to receive your Franchise Royalty fees' by wire transfer from all of your Franchisee's weekly, directly to your bank account. This method eliminates late payment of the franchise fees and gives you a better cash flow and a more stable relationship with your Franchisee's.
